Easy Bean Side Salad

The best thing about this dish really, is the fact you can make a whole stack of it and use it as a great platter at your next party at home.Super Easy super yum.


  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt/pepper to season (not too much salt as soy is salty
  • Green beans topped and tailed (one bunch per person)
  • ½ tbsp red wine
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Let’s Cook

  1. In boiling water drop the beans in for 2-3 mins.
  2. Once cooked, coat with 1/2 tbsp of red wine vinegar and 1 tbsp of olive oil. Little salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Toss together.
  4. voila serve. Eat and enjoy


add a can of your favourite tuna or protein!
